 COCUY SNOW CAPS MOUNTAIN RANGE
The Cocuy National Park embraces a surface of approximately 306.000 hectares having altitude differences that go from 600 up to 3.550 metres. Temperatures oscillate in the lower part at around 23º C and go down to 3º C in the snow covered peaks. Unforgettable trekking tours can be organised here. Spectacled-bears, mountain cats, fraylejón plants and deep blue glacial lakes characterize this beautiful region.
